We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address or return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Can I cancel my order(s)?
Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hour window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. Please note that our Standard Shipping is posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If a return is initiated outside of the 30 day policy for whatever reason, we will not be able to accept the return. Also, if the box for the device has been opened we will have to charge a restocking fee of 20% as well. If the return is within the 30 days and has not been opened, we can grant a full 100% refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

-Delays caused by the courier/shipping company
-International duties or customs charges
-Products that are lost or damaged in the mail
-We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
-We will not be responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for the shipping company guarantees.
-It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
-We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country, Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be and we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
