HOW DO I SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR A REPLACEMENT?

  1. Contact us via email at help.spraygenix@gmail.com with your order number, name, and a video of the product not working with liquid in the canister.
  2. Our team will reply to this email as quickly as we can.
  3. If your claim is approved, within 24 hours, you will receive a new tracking number with your replacement.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE/TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?

At checkout, we have an option for you to add shipping insurance through Guide Shipping.¬†ÔĽŅIf your package is lost, damaged or stolen, you are able to file a claim regarding the matter, and if approved, you will get your item resent to you.¬†ÔĽŅIf you do not add shipping insurance to you order, SprayGenix, nor the postal service used to ship the package is liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

WHAT KIND OF DISINFECTANT DOES IT TAKE OR NEED?

We have found that our customers commonly use Hypochlorous Acid with our atomizers and foggers. You can buy the solution on our website under "Our Products".

 

IS HYPOCHLOROUS ACID SAFE TO USE AS A DISINFECTANT FOR COVID-19? 

Yes, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), has listed hypochlorous acid (HOCL) for use on Hard, Nonporous materials. View their evaluation of HOCL via this link:  https://cfpub.epa.gov/giwiz/disinfectants/index.cfm

Special considerations should be made for people with asthma and they should not be present when cleaning and disinfecting is happening as this can trigger asthma exacerbations. 

  

WHAT IF MY SPRAYGENIX IS NOT SPRAYING LIQUID? 

Make sure you follow these steps if the machine is not spraying liquid and only air.

  1. Make sure you charge the device for 2 hours before use.
  2. Loosen the bottle to let some pressure out and re-tighten the bottle, repeat this process if nothing changes.
  3. Clean the machine after every use with clean water.
  4. DO NOT leave ANY disinfectant solution sitting in the container of the gun! This can cause it to clog. 

 

DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE SPRAY GENIX GUNS?

Yes, clean your SprayGenix after every use with clean water! Turn on the machine with the clean water in it to clean out the pipeline, let this run for 30 seconds. DO NOT leave ANY disinfectant solution sitting in the container of the gun! This can cause it to clog. 

 

DO OUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY? 

Yes, Our Handheld Atomizers automatically come with a 1 year FREE warranty when used with the HOCL solution sold on our website! 

 

DO THE ATOMIZERS REQUIRE BATTERIES? IF SO, WHICH TYPE?

No, the SprayGenix‚ĄĘ Atomizers do not require batteries. It has a¬†2600mAh lithium battery that can be charged fully in 2 hours with a 3 hour run time!¬†SprayGenix‚ĄĘ comes with a USB charger that can be used internationally.

   

ARE THE 10L AND 12L INDUSTRIAL FOGGERS CORDLESS?

No. It has a power cord that measures 9.8ft. It plugs into your standard 110 electrical outlet and is powered by electric motor.

WHAT CHEMICAL DO THE FOGGERS USE?

Hypochlorous Acid is the best to use with our industrial foggers! Do not use alcohol based solutions over 70% alcohol with our industrial foggers.

CAN IT BE USED INDOORS AND OUTDOORS?

Yes, it can be used in both environments.  Please make sure you read our precautions on our product pages for the foggers.

Please allow 5-7 business days for USA shipping. We have tracked and insured shipping so that you know exactly where your package is at all times.

Please allow 7-14 business days for OUR INDUSTRIAL  10L and 12L FOGGERS.

International shipping may take 7-14 business days, and we also provide tracked and ensured shipping outside of the United States.
